Shipping Time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after order placement. You will receive a valid tracking number for every order via email.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary by destination and local postal service.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $50 USD — FREE worldwide shipping
- Orders under $50 USD — flat rate shipping calculated at checkout
Lost Parcel Guarantee
We consider a parcel "lost" only after 25 business days from shipment. If your item does not arrive within this period, we will reship it for free or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking number, accessible from your order confirmation page.
